AI Operations Associate: Wajo. Role: - Contractor. - Project-based. - Remote. - On-call. Summary: - When the agent cannot finish the job, you do. - We build AI agents that handle real tasks for real people. - Most of the time they nail it. - But when one hits a wall, a real person has to jump in and get it done fast. - That is you. - You are the reason the whole thing works. - Every time you catch a dropped task and finish it by hand, a user keeps trusting us. - It is quick, it is hands-on, and you will get the job done across dozens of things in a day. - No two hours look the same. Responsibilities: - Step in and finish it. - When a task fails, you pick it up and complete it yourself — book it, order it, schedule it, sort it out. - Whatever the job needs. - Move fast. - Get it done cleanly and quickly so the user barely notices anything went sideways. - Figure things out. - There is no playbook for half of this. - You will work out how to get something done you have never done before, then do it. - Flag what keeps breaking. - If the agent trips on the same thing twice, give the team a quick heads up so they can fix it. - Customer Support. - Making customer response as fast as possible. Qualifications: - A doer. - You are the person who just gets things done — online, on the phone, wherever. - Resourceful and fast. - You can figure out how to book, order, or sort almost anything without a guide. - Calm under pressure. - When something is broken, you do not freeze — you fix it. - Sharp on details. - You double-check the date, the address, the confirmation before you call it done. - Available for on-call coverage across most of the day (we will sort out a schedule that works). - You do not need years of experience — you need hustle and good judgment. Nice to have: - Past EA, assistant, ops, concierge, or customer-support experience. - You are already someone friends call when they need something handled. The deal: - Contractor, project-based — schedule set together, on-call for most of the day. - Real impact from day one — you are the safety net the whole product leans on.
