Responsibilities
We are looking for an organized Content Creator's Strategist to help us scale affiliate, gifting, and creator seeding campaigns across TikTok Shop, Snowball Social, LTK, and other key social commerce platforms.
Work Schedule:
- This is a 100% remote work, full time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST (Los Angeles, CA timezone).
- You must work during these working hours.
- Work schedule is not negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- You are going to supervise all content creators' work and make sure the videos are on brand and trendy.
- Give feedback and give instructions to do better videos.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with skincare, makeup, cosmetics, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience with social media, especially TikTok and Instagram viral trends.
- You are creative and love fun marketing.
- Experience with social commerce or TikTok Shop.
Must-Have:
- English Proficiency: Good English.
- Experience: Brand strategy.
- Influencer Marketing (Crucial): Strong experience shipping products and managing collaborations with content creators, micro-influencers, affiliates, or similar.
- This includes sourcing/contacting influencers, providing briefs/instructions, and creating scripts or content concepts for creators to replicate.
- TikTok Expertise: Advanced knowledge of TikTok and a deep understanding of its algorithm.
- Creative Profile: Highly creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and passionate about engaging content from the US market (in English).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with beauty brands.
- Experience with social media scheduling and content calendar tools (e.g., SKED).
- Background working with digital marketing agencies or US-based companies.
