Role Overview:We are looking for a MedTech SME with strong domain expertise across medical devices, product development, sustaining engineering, quality, and regulatory considerations. The SME will support strategy, operating model design, sourcing decisions, and transformation initiatives for MedTech and Life Sciences clients.Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on MedTech operating models across R&D, engineering, sustainment, and post-market support.Assess current-state delivery structures and identify opportunities to improve cost, speed, quality, and scalability.Define insource / outsource / co-source strategies across software, hardware, systems engineering, verification, testing, and lab support.Support future-state operating models for product lifecycle and sustainment.Translate industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and client challenges into practical recommendations.Partner with sourcing, transformation, quality, and regulatory leaders to develop business cases and roadmaps.Contribute to proposals, workshops, executive presentations, and client interviews.Engage effectively with R&D, engineering, quality, and manufacturing stakeholders.📌 Position: MedTech SME📍 Location: Remote⏳ Duration: Long Term💼 Type: ContractWork Authorization: GC / US Citizen🕐 Time Zone: Must work in the CST Time Zone
