What to ExpectSalary: $600 USD per month base salary.Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Format: Remote, client-facing + research/coordination hybrid role.Focus: New client onboarding experience, lead sourcing, and Team Architecture logistics support.About the RoleThis role covers both ends of the client journey: bringing fresh prospects into the pipeline before they're ever a lead and making sure every new client's first experience with CoWorq is a great one once they sign. You'll work alongside the Sales Associate (who keeps the existing-client sequences running) and report to the Sales Manager, giving her the bandwidth to focus on strategy and closing warm partnerships instead of onboarding logistics and lead sourcing herself.What You'll DoClient OnboardingOwn the onboarding experience for every new client - make sure it feels top-tier from day one, not just administratively complete.Be the friendly point of contact during onboarding, keeping clients informed and supported as they move into working with their CoWorqerLead DevelopmentSource and build lead lists by scraping Google Maps and other platforms (outside of Apollo, which is handled separately)Keep lead data clean and organized so it's ready to feed into outreach and the Sales Associate's pipeline workTeam Architecture SupportCoordinate scheduling for the Team Architecture Session/Call between clients and the Team ArchitectsCapture and distribute clear recap notes after each Team Architecture Call What We're Looking For (Required)Client-Facing Communication: Warm, clear, professional written and verbal English - this role represents CoWorq's first real impression for new clients (We want someone who is energetic!)Research & Data Comfort: Experience or aptitude with lead-sourcing tools (Google Maps, LinkedIn, business directories) and comfort with detail-heavy data entryOrganized & Deadline-Driven: Able to manage multiple onboarding clients and scheduling threads at once without things slippingOutsourcing Industry Familiarity: Experience in a BPO, outsourcing agency, or client-success/onboarding role is a strong plusCRM Comfort: Comfortable working inside a CRM platform (GHL experience is a plus!)Nice to HaveExperience with lead scraping/enrichment tools (e.g., Google Maps scraper tools, Apify, PhantomBuster)Background in client success, account management, or customer onboarding specificallyExperience taking and distributing meeting notes/recaps for a sales or client teamFamiliarity with a scaling service business or agency environmentExplore opportunities and become part of the CoWorq network today!
