The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources in a fully distributed workforce, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, while actively fostering a positive company culture despite the physical distance between employees, utilizing virtual communication tools to maintain engagement and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and OnboardingUtilize ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Coordinate end-to-end recruitment cycle with external recruiters if needed.Employee Relations and EngagementServe as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities to build a positive remote culture.Handle employee documentation and updates, including offer letters, contracts, and personnel files.HR Operations and AdministrationMaintain HR databases and records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.Track and report on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and productivity.Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.Performance ManagementAssist with performance review processes, collecting feedback, and organizing review sessions.Guide employees and managers on performance improvement processes.Compliance and Policy ImplementationEnsure adherence to HR policies and procedures, promoting compliance with labor laws and regulations.Assist in policy updates and communicate changes to employees.QualificationsExperience: 6+ years as an HR generalist, with demonstrated growth trajectory.Proficiency: Tools such as Slack, Notion, ATS tools, Online Time/Leave Management, HR Ops, and Payroll processing.Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.Skills:Experience managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.Knowledge of SOP development and implementation.Experience in Training & Development (T&D) strategies and execution.Familiarity with remote HR practices and tools for communication and collaboration.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.Knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
