We’re expanding our team and looking for a Remote Senior Tech Lead to own the architecture, engineering execution, and AI system quality of our enterprise-grade Agentic AI product.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical architecture and engineering direction of the productBuild AI-native capabilities using LLMs, RAG, orchestration, prompt workflows, context management, and human-in-the-loop systemsDesign scalable SaaS architecture, API-first systems, microservices, multi-tenant infrastructure, and cloud deployment modelsTranslate product requirements into technical plans, sprint deliverables, documentation, and release plansReview architecture, code quality, system design, and technical documentationDefine AI quality standards for evaluation, prompt testing, hallucination control, fallback handling, and monitoringEnsure enterprise readiness through RBAC, audit trails, security controls, data privacy, observability, compliance readiness, and reliabilityMentor engineers, improve development standards, and support a culture of ownership and continuous learningCollaborate with product, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, design, sales, and customer-facing teamsSupport technical demos, feasibility checks, and solution discussions when requiredRequired Skills:8–12+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or platform engineeringStrong experience in SaaS, AI, data, or enterprise platform developmentHands-on understanding of AI/ML systems, LLM applications, cloud architecture, APIs, databases, security, and scalable backend systemsExperience with Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, RAG systems, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI workflow designStrong knowledge of microservices, API-first architecture, multi-tenant SaaS, RBAC, authentication, security, and integrationsAbility to convert ambiguous business and product needs into clear technical architecture and execution plansStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersOwnership mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, security, scalability, and business impactPreferred Background:Experience in AI SaaS, Agentic AI products, enterprise SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, recruitment technology, talent intelligence, workflow automation, decision intelligence, B2B enterprise platforms, early-stage product development, or 0-to-1/scale-stage product journeys
