We operate across Web, iOS, and Android, and are scaling a fast-growing acquisition and monetization engine that spans new customer acquisition, payments adoption, plan upgrades, and add-ons.We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own growth strategy and performance for Joist's new customer acquisition engine — stepping into a critical role on our marketing leadership team. This person will own a significant paid media investment, set the strategy for full-funnel growth in a product led environment (traffic → signup → paid conversion) across Web, iOS, and Android, and act as the primary partner to our internal paid media team on execution.This role also acts as a connective hub for our growth-adjacent functions — partnering closely with SEO and Analytics — and will have shared oversight of both functions as they relate to the growth roadmap.
