Summary: About CreativeLens: - CreativeLens is an AI-powered content review platform that helps marketing teams identify brand, compliance, and creative issues before content is published. - We help brands, agencies, and marketing teams reduce review cycles, improve compliance, and accelerate campaign launches. - We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Representative to help us find our first customers, strategic partners, and distribution channels. - This is a remote contractor position with the potential to grow into a full-time leadership role. Location: - Remote. - We welcome candidates from Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. - Strong English communication skills are required. Responsibilities: Outbound Sales: - Identify and prospect marketing leaders, brand managers, and agency decision-makers. - Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. - Book discovery calls and product demonstrations. - Maintain outreach activity in our CRM. Partnerships: - Build relationships with marketing agencies. - Identify channel and referral partnership opportunities. - Develop and manage partner outreach campaigns. - Help establish a partner program from the ground up. Customer Discovery: - Interview marketing teams and agencies. - Gather feedback on product-market fit. - Surface customer pain points and objections. - Help refine messaging and positioning. Growth: - Identify new customer acquisition opportunities. - Test outbound campaigns. - Assist with go-to-market strategy. - Suggest improvements to our sales process. Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English. - Experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development. - Strong LinkedIn and email outreach skills. - Comfortable working independently. - Strong problem-solving ability. - Ability to communicate directly with founders and executives. Nice To Have: - Marketing agency experience. - Creator economy experience. - AI software experience. - Startup experience. - HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools. Compensation: - Competitive contractor compensation consisting of a base retainer (depending on experience), performance-based bonuses, and commissions tied to qualified opportunities and pilots. - Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process. What Success Looks Like: Within the first 60 days: - Generate qualified sales conversations. - Build a pipeline of marketing and agency prospects. - Identify strategic partnership opportunities. - Contribute meaningful insights that improve our go-to-market strategy.
