Blink UX is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Client Relations to join their team. The Director of Client Relations will focus on identifying and converting net new client relationships, establishing relationships with decision-making leaders and executives within enterprise-level organizations, and collaborating with Blink subject matter experts. The role involves landing new clients, expanding relationships, and effectively communicating Blink's service offerings and value proposition to clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of successful business development and/or senior relationship management experience in Research, Design, and/or Development, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a values-driven approach to customer service. The expected pay range for this role is $165,000 - $200,000 a year, and Blink UX offers a variety of benefits to support employees' well-being. Responsibilities: - Identifying and converting net new client relationships - Expanding relationships and wallet share within won clients - Effectively communicating Blink's Research & Design service offerings and value proposition to clients - Creating and executing a business development plan - Pitching and converting reference or in-house generated opportunities - Achieving strong satisfaction scores with clients - Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals
