SiteWorker is hiring a Remote Account Coordinator to support our fast-growing staffing operations. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in the recruiting or staffing industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes coordination, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make an impact at a company focused on placing skilled workers across high-demand industries. Responsibilities: • Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and onboarding with speed and accuracy. • Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS and CRM systems. • Communicate with recruiters, candidates, and clients to ensure a seamless hiring process. • Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and candidate updates. • Track client requests and ensure deliverables are completed on time. • Assist with reporting and other administrative support tasks. Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience working at a staffing or recruiting agency (preferred). • Strong attention to detail and time management. • Excellent communication and follow-up skills. • Comfortable working remotely with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.). • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
