ThinkShout is a certified B Corp digital-first agency that primarily serves progressive nonprofits and advocacy organizations—including leaders like the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Humane Society of the United States, the World Resources Institute, and Dēmos. ThinkShout is looking for potential contractors in the disciplines of Design, Web Development, Project Management, and Strategy. The work and approach must be rooted in anti-racist practices, and the experience should show a strong commitment to justice of all kinds. Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional web development, design, user experience, and strategy. - Complete a W-9, and sign an Independent Contractor Agreement at the start of the partnership. - Have the right to perform services for others during the term of this Agreement. - Have the sole right to control and direct the means, manner, and method by which the services required by this Agreement will be performed. - Pay all income taxes and FICA (Social Security and Medicare taxes) incurred while performing services under this Agreement.
