Caire is building a next-generation, virtual-first care platform that puts the patient at the center. This platform will deliver best-in-class integrated shared services and technology to support the launch of multiple new virtual care companies over time. Caire was born out of a novel joint venture between Aegis Ventures , a venture capital studio creating transformative healthcare companies, and Northwell Health, New York’s largest health system.
Caire Health is seeking an exceptional Product Designer, who will lead user-centered design in developing best in class virtual first care platform. You will work across existing and future projects to create product solution concepts that you will then present to end users to iterate your understanding of their problems to then iterate your concepts for development. This individual will be responsible for developing design best practices and provide UX leadership across teams and products.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll work closely with the CPO, Clinical and engineering team, lead the process of product deliverables through the entire UX/UI design lifecycle (research, design, test and delivery)
- You’ll wear many hats across design, marketing, and product to get stuff done
- Lead design review sessions with executive team, sales, and engineering where you seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback
- Design experiences that are simple, intuitive and address our user's needs as we continue to build, launch and scale
- Design and layout our optimal UI and work hand in hand with engineering and clinical teams to build beautiful, sustainable and useful products for our users
- Plan for the long term while navigating short-term tradeoffs
