They have around 1500 employees, 10 locations and 44 nationalities, making them a truly international team. The Regional Aftersales Manager will report to the Director of Aftersales and Customer Care, working cross-functionally with the wider After Sales team. This role is critical to the establishment of the Grenadier in the US Market and will require extensive experience of all aspects of parts & service business within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be based out of Raleigh, North Carolina. Responsibilities: - Setup, manage and monitor regional partner workshops & stakeholders - After Sales customer interface - Safeguard regional parts availability - Training and process improvement - Identification of wider product issues and contingency plan roll-out - Monitor regional financial target achievement and budget spending
