In our continuous effort to provide high quality and innovative solutions to our customers Athens Center of Excellence is seeking for an enthusiastic Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Development Team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the Product Management Team for crafting the product vision and defining the roadmap
- Working with the Development Team for transforming the product vision and roadmap to refined backlog items for the Development Team
- Interfacing with stakeholders and peers for prioritizing backlog according business needs
- Driving iteration planning meetings, participating in and appropriately contributing to team ceremonies
- Define features and user stories that have detailed descriptions, business context, and engineering requirements
- Define detailed acceptance criteria for all features and user stories
- Available for their team to offer guidance and clarify business goals
- Facilitating a positive work environment that creates psychological safety and trust
- Inspiring and motivating Teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, product managers, support, documentation team
