With operations in multiple countries and continents, Tempest is dedicated to delivering the best solutions that meet the needs of millions of users globally. 🔵 What you bring: ◽ A proven track record in mobile development, preferably over four years of experience with some exclusive experience on iOS and Android native. ◽ A background and history of leading engineering teams at scale. ◽ Strong understanding of modern software and mobile development, code maintenance, and task management. ◽ Excellent communication and prioritization skills. ◽ Proficiency in leading a team of multiple skill sets and levels. 🔵 Responsibilities ◽ Lead the development, prioritization, and maintenance of applications: → Play a key role in prioritizing, developing, and improving our iOS and Android apps. Also, manage the supporting infrastructure to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience. ◽ Comprehensive management of the development lifecycle: → Demonstrate strong management skills by overseeing the entire development lifecycle of our applications. This includes involvement from concept and design, build and testing, deployment, ongoing monitoring, and updates post-launch. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth progress and delivering high-quality applications. ◽ Balanced leadership and technical involvement: → While this role primarily focuses on leadership, constituting approximately 90% of the responsibilities, it also involves a hands-on approach when necessary. → Engage in code reviews, troubleshooting, and architectural decisions, contributing approximately 10% of your time to ensure that the technical aspects align with our standards and objectives. → Demonstrate your skill in leading effectively while having a solid grasp of the technical details of mobile development, which is required to maintain our balanced and productive development environment.
