EXANTE is looking for an established Senior Relationship Manager to join their Global Sales Force. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development and selling to high net worth individuals, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and other private investors. The role offers flexible and remote work options, with location being less important than having a network of trusted clients. The key responsibilities include materializing existing contacts into new business, developing new leads, meeting sales targets, monitoring competition, building trust relationships with clients, and ensuring customer needs are met. The candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience in the financial services/investment industry, a valid business contact network, good knowledge of securities market, proven experience in financial service sales and key account management, problem-solving and negotiation skills, fluent English, great communication and presentation skills, outstanding relationship building skills, and the willingness to reach and exceed targets. Responsibilities: - Materialize existing contacts/clients into new business - Develop new leads and build sales pipeline - Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets - Monitor general developments of competition - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts - Provide solutions based on customer needs - Motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) - Problem-solving and negotiation - Fluent English.
