This is a unique opportunity to shape how Magnet Forensics operates and deliver meaningful improvements that support its continued growth and innovation.Role Responsibilities:Drive project scoping to ensure that feasibility of delivery within project timeframesLead the delivery of multiple cross functional projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the project life cycle.Manage the relationship and expectations of external stakeholders/clientsIdentify project risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction or eliminationProvide timely and concise project status updatesCollaborate with functional teams to ensure a smooth handover of project deliverablesEnsure alignment between project objectives and business strategyDrive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery processesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5+ years’ experience managing projects in process improvement, system implementation, or product go-to-market.Strong written and verbal communication skillsSound knowledge of Project Management tools, techniques, and methodologiesProven success in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and leading project teamsDemonstrated problem solving, decision-making and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership qualities including influencing and negotiation skillsAbility to collaborate for win-win solutions across a cross-functional team environmentPMP Certification considered an assetThe Most Important Thing:We’re looking for candidates that can provide examples of how they demonstrated Magnet CODE in their previous experiences.CARE -We care about each other and our mission to make a difference in the world.OWN -We are accountable for or results – while never forgetting to act with integrity, empathy, and respect.DEDICATE -We put our heart and soul into meeting the needs of our customers and helping them serve the people they protect.EVOLVE -We are constantly innovating and exploring new ways to work together to make an impact with our work.Compensation & Benefits:The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
