Requirements and responsibilities


✅ About the role *You will work along with Ronnie, CFO of Artika, supporting payroll, safety, policies, training, labor relations, recruiting, and other HR programs. *We trust you in providing resolutions and consulting in the above areas to ensure profitable business operations. *You will conduct short and long-term planning efforts, design human resources programs, and oversee the development and implementation of company policies and procedures. ✅ Requirements *Working proficiency in English (spoken and written.) *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. *Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR is required. *Work experience in recruitment. *Demonstrated work knowledge of multiple human resource areas preferred. *Demonstrated ability to provide beneficial recommendations to solve HR-related issues related to regulations, laws, and policies. *Ability to develop and implement strategies. *Computer literacy, including effective MS Office working skills. *Presentation skills. *Excellent time management skills. *Basic research skills. ✅ Responsibilities Recruitment *Keep job descriptions current. *Develop tailored recruitment strategies for each open position. *Filter through resumes and send them to the proper party. *Build and sustain relationships with employment agencies and educational institutions. *Onboard new employees. Growth *Track required training within the organization. *Administer and record employee recognition and incentive programs. Culture *Develop and provide recommendations for policies and processes. *Plan and organize staff events and recreational activities. *Corporate announcements such as various new hires and other communications. *Provide general information and assistance internally and externally over the phone, electronically, and in person. Administrative *Administer health benefits and maintain a sustainable relationship with insurance providers. *Coordinate payroll. *Provide research as requested. *Complete other duties and projects as assigned. ✅ Soft skills *Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization. *Motivated individual with proven initiative. *Strong interpersonal skills. *Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently. *Attention to detail in all areas of work. *Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills. *Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. *Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with all business stakeholders. ✅ Working hours * Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM (EST) to 5 PM (EST.)
