If there’s a good fit, we will have as much work for you as you’d like, and you can set your own hours. We will provide mature tooling, training, and a clear roadmap for projects to come. The ideal hire: * Capable. * Ambitious. * Proactively communicates about questions and blockers. * Tests outputs for quality and consistency. * Uses AI tools like Copilot and Claude. About the paid project The first step of the interview process is to do a \$60 paid project with a 4-hour time limit. This project is an example of the work you will do after being hired. The project is to write 2 Python functions for 2 different recruiting systems. An example video and sample code will be provided. You are encouraged to submit your work before the time limit.
