As a UX Writer at Moniepoint, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing written content for digital products to enhance the user experience. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to content strategy, aligning it with brand tone and user insights. If you're a wordsmith with a knack for user-focused content and a friendly, collaborative spirit, we'd love to have you on board! Responsibilities: - Create written content for digital products to ensure a seamless user experience. - Own and maintain aspects of the brand's tone of voice, grammar, and vocabulary. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute creativity to brainstorming sessions. - Maintain a consistent tone across content in alignment with company brand and values. - Stay attuned to user insights by conducting research to tailor content to meet their needs and expectations. - Conduct regular reviews in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a polished and effective user experience. - Edit and revise copy for clarity and accessibility while continuously testing and looking for opportunities to improve users’ experience.
