Requirements and responsibilities

🔵 Qualifications/Skills: ◽ Team player with a strong work ethic. ◽ Familiarity with the cultural mindset of the LATAM region to build strong networks. ◽ Ability to work under pressure. ◽ Native proficiency in Spanish and fluency in English, both verbal and written. ◽ Must be eligible to work in Mexico. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the LATAM market. ◽ Seek out and build new business for Windsor. ◽ Identify business opportunities by researching industry events, publications, and announcements in the market. ◽ Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. ◽ Plan and organize webinars, seminars, and promotions targeting specific markets. ◽ Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts. ◽ Attend major industry events. ◽ Document business development activities. 🔵 Benefits: ◽ Competitive remuneration based on qualifications and experience. ◽ Performance-based commissions. ◽ Friendly multinational working environment. ◽ Opportunities for professional learning and growth.
