🔵 Job description: ◽ Design features alongside the product team, contributing to sprint goals. ◽ Uphold product quality by implementing industry best practices, advancing company standards, identifying upstream issues, and planning technical improvements. ◽ Take an active role in training other tech team members in best practices. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ Experience: → 5 to 10 years as a full-stack developer. → Minimum 2 years in a scale-up setting. ◽ Profile: → Previous "architect" role in a scale-up or mature project. ◽ Technical Proficiency: → 2+ years with Ruby and/or Django. → Stack familiarity: Ruby, PostgreSQL, Heroku (Back), Typescript, React Native, React (Front). ◽ Language: → French native or professional proficiency. 🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Participate in feature design in collaboration with the product team: → Contribute to sprint goals. → Ensure product quality by implementing industry best practices. ◽ Advance company standards: → Identify and plan technical improvements. → Train other tech team members in best practices. 🔵 Job conditions: ◽ Paris proximity is preferred but not mandatory. ◽ Open to remote work with occasional Paris visits.
