This position is responsible for ensuring that financial data is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal reporting, internal control, and system implementation requirements. The candidate will support the customer by leading and coordinating activities related to data cleanse execution, validation and reconciliation. This includes identifying and resolving data anomalies, standardizing data structures and ensuring all adjustments are traceable for audit purposes. The candidate will work collaboratively with technical, functional and audit teams to help enforce consistent data standards to support audit readiness and data integrity.We are seeking candidates for a full-time remote position, with potential opportunities for onsite work in the future. We are looking to staff this position in December 2025.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the execution of data cleanse and validation strategies for legacy financial dataCollaborate with a variety of teams, including technical resources, end user groups, and stakeholders to review and confirm data cleanse requirements and methodologiesDevelop briefings, white papers and other materials to enhance leadership and field level understanding of data cleanse activities, status and/or issuesAnalyze, execute, and enhance data cleanse strategy to ensure financial data supports audit readiness and is prepared for transition to target financial systemDesign and develop metrics, reports, and/or dashboards for reporting data cleanse progressPerform analysis on financial data to identify additional opportunities for data cleansingAttend and play an active role in meetings with client stakeholdersDemonstrate agility, flexibility, broad support, commitment to customer satisfaction, responsiveness to contract requirements and proactive qualitiesConduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client issuesMinimum Requirements:Master’s degree and 10 years related experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 12 years related experienceStrong understanding of federal financial reporting and accounting processes and expertise in managing or working with outstanding obligations, unliquidated obligations, and open financial system transactionsHands-on experience with Financial ERP systems, specifically with CGI’s Federal Financial System (FFS) and MomentumAbility to effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clientsExpert in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to application of formulas, macros, filtering, pivot tables, graphs and chartsStrong analytical stillsStrong written and oral communication skillsAn outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration is a plus.Benefits (including but not limited to):Health, dental, and vision plansOptional FSAPaid parental leaveSafe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1Paid time off and 11 paid holidaysNo cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coveragePet insuranceMonthly phone and internet stipendTuition and training reimbursementSalary Range$125,000 - $150,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
