As a 1099 Contractor - Merger & Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for driving business growth, structuring deals, and closing transactions in the fast-paced world of mergers and acquisitions (M\&A). You will have the autonomy to manage your workload and build your business while enjoying the support of a dynamic team and collaborating with other industry experts. Key Responsibilities: * Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new M\&A opportunities. * Structure and negotiate deals to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. * Manage the end-to-end transaction process, including due diligence, valuation, and closing. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and buyers. * Provide strategic advice to clients to help them achieve their financial and business goals. * Collaborate with ACT Capital Advisors' team to leverage resources and expertise.
