Overview: As part of Inspire’s digital transformation and customer engagement strategy, we are expanding our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analytics capabilities. To achieve this, we require experienced analytics professionals who can integrate with our in-house teams and support ongoing analytical and measurement efforts. Inspire Brands is seeking a contractor to support its analytics initiatives across programs spanning CRM, digital, and customer personalization. The engagement is anticipated to last between 6 to 12 months, with the potential for extension or full-time employment based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities os CRM Manager: * Ongoing CRM data analytics and insights reports. * Data pipeline development and maintenance. * Collaboration with internal business and technical teams. * Will be working closely with leadership across Customer Analytics and CRM teams. * Manage 2 Direct reports (CRM Analysts). Required knowledge, skills or abilities: * People leader, strong analytics project management experience. * Familiarity with various team management styles including Scrum, Agile, Kanban. * Deep working knowledge of relational databases. * English proficiency required. Education and experience qualifications: * At least 2 years' experience in B2C Customer Marketing. * Industry experience supporting Retail and Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) is preferred. * Experience with Digital analytics data (ex: Google Analytics 4, BigQuery) is preferred. Work model: * In-office in Co-working space in Bogotá, Colombia. * U.S. Business Hours in Eastern Standard Time. * Resources should be available via collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Jira).
