Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong project management and Agile delivery experience to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and structured project leadership. You will not only design and build modern applications but also act as a project driver, ensuring requirements are well-defined, tasks are tracked, and delivery aligns with business goals. This position blends hands-on development with Scrum Master responsibilities, making you a key connector between stakeholders, engineering, and leadership. Key Responsibilities. * Project & Delivery Management. * Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives). * Manage Jira boards (epics, stories, tasks, sprint velocity, reporting). * Maintain structured documentation in Confluence and Notion for knowledge sharing and project alignment. * Build and maintain clear project plans, roadmaps, and Gantt charts when needed. * Ensure proper documentation of CI/CD processes for consistent delivery. * Frameworks & Methodologies. * Apply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices to drive iterative development. * Apply Waterfall when sequential, milestone-driven delivery is required. * Educate and coach team members on frameworks and hybrid models. * Engineering & Best Practices. * Develop and maintain full-stack features (React, Python, REST/GraphQL APIs). * Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks with clear acceptance criteria. * Follow coding best practices and promote continuous improvement. * Collaboration & Communication. * Partner with business stakeholders to gather needs and scope projects. * Provide transparent reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies. * Mentor peers in project organization, documentation, and delivery discipline. Required Qualifications. * Experience: 7+ years as a full stack developer with proven project delivery experience. * Frontend: React (Next.js preferred), TypeScript, UI component architecture. * Backend: Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask), API design and integration. * Project Management. * Hands-on Scrum Master experience. * Advanced Jira board management (custom workflows, filters, dashboards). * Proficient with Confluence and Notion for documentation. * Experience documenting CI/CD pipelines and release processes. * Methodologies: Familiar with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall frameworks, including when to apply each. * Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive, self-driven, and excellent written/verbal communication. Preferred Certifications. * Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). * Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). * Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 (plus).
