◽Who are you? - You have 1-3 years of experience in media agency campaign execution or creative operations - You are an integral member of the company. Your work ethic, attitude, intelligence, and a keen eye for detail are on point - You master the inputs and outputs of the Revisions process and Product Fulfillment Team; You make structural improvements to our processes - You take on special projects to stretch your current skills and build new ones. Our ultimate goal is to enable you to work in a motivating, high-impact capacity while being part of an excellent team, evolving your leadership skills, and fully owning the Revisions Team - You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English ◽Responsibilities - Ensuring each revision is completed accurately and cohesively within 2 business days of submissions - Actively monitor client revisions and provide technical solutions while keeping design at the forefront to keep each account moving forward - Report and escalate technical issues as needed - Become an expert at our systems and tools - Measure proficiency of the Revisions Team - Manage the Design Refresh pod, which focuses on revamping more content-heavy sites. Ensuring the revamps submitted via the Design Refresh pod are implemented in a manner that is client-friendly and cohesive with the client’s brand and aesthetic - Stay one step ahead by anticipating clients’ needs and the needs of internal teams by identifying request trends - Deliver bi-weekly status reports to management of turnaround times and team performance - Proactively provide recommendations and areas of opportunity for the department - Perform short-term projects as assigned ◽What does success look like? - Demonstrable improvement in metrics - Mastery of software and workflows - High-quality output and no unforced errors - Maintain a rigorous revisions cycle - Clear understanding of trends and ability to anticipate issues
