Recognized in gastroenterology, it designs, produces and distributes high-value-added drugs that improve patients' quality of life. Within the production site in Dreux (28), you will be attached to the Production Manager - Manufacturing and your main missions will be as follows: Organize the short term to contribute to the efficiency of production and the availability of products, in compliance with safety, quality, deadlines, quantity and current procedures. Responsibilities: - Determine the operating priorities of the equipment according to the short-term schedule - Manage the people under his responsibility and animate the production teams - Guarantee the compliance of production environments - Contribute to ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the information recorded in the batch records as well as the information allowing to ensure the traceability of events related to equipment and the environment - Manage: organize, formalize and control team work - Coordinate and optimize short-term activities (equipment, materials and Men) of its sector with its various interlocutors (QA, logistics, technical services...) in order to respect production schedules - Coordinate the distribution of periodic activities outside the team's production and check them - Organize first level maintenance and short-term interventions (maintenance, qualification / validation of equipment...) and ensure the traceability of all operations - Set up and follow equipment and material tests - Maintain the work area in a required state of tidiness and cleanliness - Regularly check the condition of the premises and equipment, trigger the necessary actions - Produce: process and supervise technical files specific to his profession - Manage in real time the operating anomalies with its various interlocutors. Apply the corresponding procedures accordingly: deviations/CAPA - Identify production dysfunctions and unforeseen events, provide solutions and communicate to its interlocutors the consequences of its decisions - Participate in the identification and diagnosis of anomalies that occurred during the process and propose appropriate solutions - Coordinate the updating of the documentation of its sector (procedures, operating modes...), control its application - Contribute to the compliance of production documents, batch records in real time and information systems (time, consumptions and quantities produced) - Occasionally perform production operations according to authorization - Follow, analyze and share indicators, propose and implement improvements - Participate and/or animate continuous improvement through projects and problem resolution groups, follow the actions put in place and ensure their sustainability - Get teams involved in proposed improvements - Animate, motivate and mobilize teams on a daily basis - Coordinate activities and transmit instructions to ensure optimal operation - Manage communication within teams - Disseminate and apply within the team the HSE instructions, GMP and the internal regulations - Accompany its direct collaborators in their professional evolution - Pilot the HR activity of his team (monitoring of leave, conducting annual interviews, replacement of absent employees, disciplinary) with the Production Manager and Human Resources - Transfer of know-how/Training - Accompany with his advice and adequate training, the production staff and new collaborators in their operational and technical evolutions - Contribute to the team's authorization process - Contribute to training actions - Evaluate, in collaboration with his hierarchy, the training needs of collaborators to participate in the development of the training plan - HSE Responsibilities - Respect and enforce HSE instructions and rules (wearing PPE ...) - Communicate to staff the procedures, instructions or HSE instructions to apply - Report risky situations and behaviors and propose corrective or preventive actions - Follow the validity of driving authorizations and qualifications of his team - Participate in investigations following work accidents and propose solutions - In case of absence and if necessary, back-up - Replace the absences of the Production Manager for certain activities - Of his counterpart - Of the Technicians/Production Drivers
