Earlier, he worked at IDEO.About the RoleWe are seeking an Arizona-licensed Therapist to support the launch of our behavioral health services in Arizona. This contract position will assist with payer enrollment, credentialing, and clinical readiness activities as we expand access to care in the state.This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.ResponsibilitiesCredentialing & LicensureParticipate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processesComplete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentationReview and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestationsParticipate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launchParticipate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards careHelp identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriateQualificationsActive, unrestricted Arizona license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsychologistEligible for credentialing with commercial and government payersExperience delivering behavioral health services in outpatient or telehealth settings preferredStrong organizational skills and timely completion of credentialing requirementsInterest in supporting innovative, technology-enabled care delivery modelsActive Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferredArizona state residency requiredEngagement DetailsIndependent Contractor (1099)$50/hr, paid monthly via invoiceFlexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per weekLimited time commitment during launch phaseOpportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona
