Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that support business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build reports, dashboards, and visualizations while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources. Create reports, dashboards, and interactive data visualizations. Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Develop and maintain KPIs and performance metrics. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies. Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools. Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices. Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. Knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Experience working with CRM, financial, or operational datasets.
