Responsibilities


As the Study Start-Up Strategist, you'll serve as the subject matter expert for study start-up activities, driving site activation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure studies are launched efficiently and compliantly.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive site and vendor activation timelines across assigned studiesDevelop and execute study start-up plansManage site activation projections and timelinesPartner with CROs, sites, vendors, and internal stakeholdersSupport budget and contract review processesIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategiesTrack and report on study start-up progress and milestonesEnsure timely review and approval of start-up documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field6+ years of biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry experience4+ years of global study start-up experienceExperience with site contracts, budgets, negotiations, and activation processesVendor management experience preferredStrong understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP, and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is a fully remote, 12-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension.Interested or know someone who may be a fit?
