We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management, to lead the strategy and execution of a Residential Portal platform powering connected home systems.This role owns product direction, roadmap, and delivery for the Residential Portal domain and manages a team of product professionals. You will drive adoption and engagement, embed AI and intelligence into the platform, and shape how connected residential systems evolve into scalable digital ecosystems.This is a hands-on product leadership role in a complex IoT environment spanning devices, firmware, cloud platforms, and digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the multi-year product strategy for the Residential PortalManage and mentor a team of Product Managers and/or Product OwnersOwn roadmap prioritization and delivery executionDrive adoption, engagement, and connected asset growthEmbed AI, data, and intelligent insights into the user experienceIdentify opportunities for digital services and monetizationProduct Strategy & RoadmapDefine a clear product vision aligned to connected home and IoT trendsTranslate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomesMake principled prioritization decisions across technical and business trade-offsAdoption & EngagementDefine and track KPIs tied to activation, engagement, retention, and feature usageDrive onboarding and usage improvements across connected experiencesUse data and customer insights to continuously refine and optimize the platformIoT & Technical LeadershipOperate confidently in IoT environments involving device connectivity, firmware integration, APIs, and cloud servicesEnsure scalable, secure, and reliable architecture in partnership with engineeringBalance innovation with system stability and performanceAI & Data EnablementLeverage device data to create actionable insights and predictive capabilitiesPartner with data teams to deliver AI-driven features that improve user valueEnsure analytics and instrumentation are embedded into product designTeam LeadershipProvide day-to-day leadership and coaching to Product Managers and/or Product OwnersEstablish clear accountability for roadmap execution and KPI deliveryElevate prioritization, rigor and outcome focus within the teamRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree8 + years of product management experience in IoT, connected devices, and/or digital platformsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience managing Product Managers or Product OwnersStrong understanding of IoT architecture, device-cloud integration, APIs, and cloud platformsExperience driving adoption and engagement in digital or connected productsExperience embedding AI and data-driven intelligence into product strategyStrong residential domain knowledge (HVAC, connected home, or similar systems preferred)Ability to operate effectively in complex, cross-functional environmentsAdditional informationMust have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
