Founding Sales Executive | Fractional to Full-Time | Bilingual SaaS for the Trades (Spanish - US Hours) Be the first sales hire at a launched, live SaaS company, and build the sales organization you'll eventually run. ABOUT FOUNDRY Foundry is a mobile-first, fully bilingual (English + Spanish) platform for independent contractors and field service pros: booking, estimates, job management, invoicing, and payments in one app. We launched commercially in June 2026, we have a live trial cohort right now, and we're going after a market the big players serve badly: the millions of Spanish-speaking and small-crew service businesses running their companies from a truck. The product is built. The wedge is real. What we need is the person who sells it. Product details and demo access shared with shortlisted candidates. THE ROLE This is an acquisition seat, not a support seat. You will: Build outbound pipeline from scratch: contractors, cleaners, landscapers, electricians, plumbers Run demos and close new subscribers Hand every closed customer to our Head of Customer Success for onboarding and retention, then go close the next one Work directly with the founder to build the playbook, the messaging, and eventually the team Your mission is simple to say and career-making to do: our first 100 paying subscribers. WHY FRACTIONAL, AND WHY THAT'S THE OPPORTUNITY The role starts fractional by design, because we're a lean, launched startup that pays for output, not hours. But it is built to grow: the person who wins this seat is first in line for the full-time sales leadership role as revenue scales. You're not filling a part-time gig. You're auditioning for the top of a sales org that doesn't exist yet, and you're the one who gets to build it. COMPENSATION Monthly retainer plus performance bonuses tied directly to results, all paid through Upwork. The structure is deliberately designed so strong closers earn well beyond the retainer, and there is meaningful long-term upside for the person who grows with the company, which we'll discuss with finalists. If you want to be paid for results, this seat was built for you. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR SaaS sales experience, ideally to small businesses (under 20 employees) Full-cycle ownership: prospecting through close Proven outbound builders: you've created pipeline where none existed Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred: it's our product's superpower and it should be yours Contractor, trades, or home-services familiarity a plus Self-directed. Founding roles have no playbook until you write one TO APPLY Include direct answers to these in your proposal: Which SaaS products have you sold, and to whom? Describe one outbound pipeline you built from scratch: tools, sequence, results. What specific weekly activity volume (calls, emails, touches) would you commit to? In three or four sentences: how would you get our first 100 paying subscribers? Your English/Spanish fluency and your CRM stack. Why should the founding seat be yours? Proposals that answer all six get a response. Generic proposals will not.
