Floor Technician - Overnights at Jordan Search Consultants

Floor Care Responsibilities: - Strip, wax, buff, and refinish hard floor surfaces. - Perform carpet extraction, shampooing, and spot cleaning. - Execute scheduled floor maintenance. - Respond to spills and safety hazards as they arise. - Maintain and organize floor care equipment. - Manage time and priorities independently without constant direction. - Support broader facilities and environmental services needs when floor workload allows. - Assist with emergency response procedures as directed. Required Qualifications: - Prior floor care experience is required. - Hands-on experience operating floor care equipment including buffers, auto-scrubbers, and extractors. - Ability to work a full overnight shift independently and manage time effectively. - Comfortable working in a hospital environment with high cleanliness and safety standards. - Knowledge of floor finishes, cleaning chemicals, and carpet care is preferred. - Commitment to taking pride in work and striving for excellence. - High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
