We are looking for a reliable and long-term Full-Stack Developer / Technical Product Assistant to support the continuous development of our recruitment platform.The role includes improving our admin panel, candidate management system, sourcer tools, email automation, job application workflows, AI-based matching features, and future mobile app development.RequirementsStrong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and BootstrapExperience with admin panels, dashboards, CRM or recruitment platformsAbility to work with APIs, user roles, permissions and email automationBasic understanding of AI tools and automation is a strong advantageInterest in future mobile app development with React Native or FlutterDetail-oriented, reliable and able to work independentlyGood communication skills in EnglishThis is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an international recruitment technology platform.
