In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the founding team, become a shareholder, and help us build a world-class team by attracting top talent on a global scale. You will also take ownership of key People Operations initiatives to support and grow our internal culture.What we expectFlexible Hours: Meet deadlines and attend meetings in a schedule that suits you.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.Remote Discipline: Self-motivated and able to work independently.Goal-Oriented Mindset: A proactive, creative problem solver who drives results.Required Equipment: Personal computer with a camera and reliable internet.Equity-First Compensation: Willingness to accept equity as initial payment, until we run the 2nd phase of our investments.Commitment: Minimum of 8-16 hours per week.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand and address their HR and talent acquisition needsDevelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across various rolesLead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboardingHandle HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth onboarding, completion of necessary documentation, and employee data complianceProvide HR support to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive work environmentManage HR projects like talent development, performance management, and employee engagementEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirementsStay updated on industry trends in both HR and talent acquisition, implementing new strategies to enhance our processesManage employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Job Qualifications5+ years in global talent acquisition and HR roles, ideally in startups or FinTech.Strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Highly organized, proactive, and driven to deliver results.Why Join Bizmoni?Join a high-energy, collaborative team and shape the future of AI-powered Fintech.
