Requirements:
- Must be a citizen.
- Must have IRS MBI clearance.
- Rate: $70/hr (1099) and $65/hr (W2).
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Previous business system solution development experience using Pegasystems (i.e., Pega) software.
- 5+ years in Pega development, with at least 1-2 years specifically in hands-on development experience with Constellation.
- Deep expertise in Pega Infinity (v8.8, v23, or v24) and the Constellation SDK.
- 5+ years supporting Pega applications.
- Proven ability to use critical thinking skills in troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Pega application packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, data migration, developing Pega jobs and listeners, and other Pega OOTB tools.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation SDK.
- Proficiency in defining logical data models, data objects, and relationships that support Constellation's modular design.
- Skilled in REST/SOAP services, Kafka, and data pages for real-time data exchange.
- Knowledge of web technologies, including languages, frameworks, techniques, and industry trends, such as .Net, Java, or React for Pega Constellation customization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Experience with the Federal Government work environment.
- Pega CSSA or CLSA certification.
- Pega Constellation certification or specialized badges are highly preferred.
