Requirements and responsibilities


We are a fast-growing US plant-based wellness company (kratom and hemp) selling wholesale to retailers and distributors. We have thousands of warm leads and more demand than we can keep up with. We need remote B2B closers who can work the phone, open accounts, and drive reorders. Responsibilities: - Work a provided list of US retailers and distributors by phone and direct outreach. - Qualify them. - Close first orders. - Turn them into repeat accounts. - Log your deals in our CRM. Requirements: - Near-perfect spoken English (you will be on the phone with US buyers every day). - Real B2B phone-sales and closing experience. - Comfort selling a regulated plant-based category. - A workable overlap with US business hours. - Experience in kratom, hemp, CBD, vape, supplements, or any regulated consumer category is a plus, not a must. Compensation: - Monthly base plus 5% commission on what you close and reorder. - Remote. - Strong closers grow into a bigger, longer-term role.
