We are looking for a Data Consultant to collaborate with stakeholders, design tailored data solutions, and lead consulting engagements.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create tailored data solutions aligned with organizational goalsDefine performance metrics, establish desired outcomes, and track progress to ensure measurable successPartner closely with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and execute scalable, high-performing data strategiesLead consulting engagements and contribute to presales activities by showcasing expertise in analyticsOversee and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesEvaluate data quality and availability, and identify areas for improvement in governance and processesStay informed about the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and integrate them into ongoing initiativesAssist with data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure clean, reliable dataCommunicate findings and strategies effectively to both technical and non-technical audiencesRequirements5+ years of experience in Data Software EngineeringMinimum 1 year of experience in roles such as Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar positions in consulting1+ years of relevant leadership experienceTrack record of contributing to at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projectsExpertise in data platforms with a proven track record of delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting toolsProficiency in SQL and Python with strong coding capabilities in bothFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data servicesKnowledge of data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principlesDemonstrated leadership and project management experience in data-driven initiativesStrong analytical abilities to simplify complex challenges and deliver actionable insightsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyFluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
