Responsibilities


MUST-HAVE SKILLS:-3-8 years of experience in Fraud Analytics, preferably within the US Banking / Financial Services domain.Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, analysis, and identifying suspicious transaction patterns.Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, trend analysis, and fraud investigation.Strong understanding of US Banking products, payment systems, transactions, and fraud prevention processes.Hands-on experience in Fraud Analytics, Fraud Detection, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud Risk Analysis.Experience identifying fraud trends, anomalies, suspicious activities, and emerging fraud risks from large datasets.Understanding of fraud detection rules, fraud indicators, transaction patterns, and fraud prevention strategies.Ability to analyze transaction/customer data and provide actionable insights to support fraud prevention and risk mitigation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with business and technical teams.GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS:-Experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, statistical analysis, or predictive analytics.Exposure to SAS for fraud analytics, reporting, or model development.Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques for fraud detection and risk modeling.Experience with Tableau or Power BI for fraud/risk dashboards and visualization.Knowledge of AML, Financial Crime, KYC, and regulatory processes.Experience working in Agile environments with global stakeholders.
