Responsibilities
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Analyst with supporting experience in Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM). OTM will be the primary focus, with GTM as a secondary responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, support, and enhance Oracle OTM Cloud solutions across planning, order management, execution, visibility, rates, financials, master data, UI, automation, and reportingAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable logistics and trade solutionsSupport OTM/GTM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and middlewareWork with business, ERP, carrier, supplier, and technical teams to resolve functional and integration issuesSupport SIT/UAT, release activities, functional design, testing, and post-release stabilizationPrepare functional specifications, configuration documents, SOPs, test cases, and release notesProvide user training and knowledge-sharing sessionsOracle GTM – Secondary FocusRestricted Party Screening (RPS)Service Preference OptimizationProduct ClassificationAES FilingTrade Transaction ManagementDeclaration ManagementImport & Export ComplianceGlobal Trade ComplianceCustoms ManagementMust-Have Skills12+ years of experience in OTM/GTM functional consultingStrong hands-on experience with Oracle OTM CloudWorking experience with Oracle GTM CloudStrong understanding of logistics planning, execution, trade compliance, and global fulfillmentExperience with MDM, including Customer and Material Master data across ERP systemsExperience in business requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, and testingKnowledge of OTM/GTM EDI and integration scenariosGood to HaveExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrationsStrong documentation and test case preparation skillsExperience working in high-volume, integrated global logistics environmentsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsInterested candidates can share their resumes at: jobs@quadzero.comPlease include: Current CTC, Expected CTC, Current Location, Notice Period, Total & Relevant Experience, Relevant OTM/GTM ExperienceFeel free to refer someone who might be a good fit.
