Total Life is empowering seniors to live more fulfilling lives because we know age is just a number.The Opportunity:Total Life is currently seeking a licensed Physician to provide virtual individual cognitive assessment & care plan services. Physicians must have proven experience working with older adults with cognitive impairment concerns. The role includes interpreting test results, formulating care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support patients experiencing cognitive concerns. This is a remote position.Your Role:Interpret cognitive assessment tests remotely for Medicare-eligible individuals.Develop and document personalized care plans based on assessment results.Work in compliance with Medicare billing requirements for cognitive assessment services.Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to cognitive care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic health records system (EHR).RequirementsOur Requirements:MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical licenseAt least 2 years experience in neurology, geriatrics, psychiatry, primary care, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with cognitive testing tools such as MoCA, MMSE, or equivalentComfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approachMust be comfortable utilizing technology and providing teletherapyFamiliarity with CMS guidelines for cognitive assessmentsExisting credentialing with Medicare is a plusMust be able to pass a criminal background checkMust have experience working with clients who are age 65+Must have an active NPIMust be available to start with a minimum of 5 hours per weekBenefitsCompensation:$120-$130 per hour based on experience and credentials.Perks:Competitive pay and incentivesOpportunities for growthFlexible scheduleRemote workSchedule:Part-time or full-time positions availableChoose your own hoursLocation:Remote - Licensed and living in the state of CaliforniaEven if you do not meet all of our criteria or have any questions please do not hesitate to apply.
