Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment for USA and Canada markets and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities for USA and Canada clients.Source, screen, and interview qualified IT professionals.Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing techniques to identify candidates.Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidate skills.Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting.Experience recruiting for USA and/or Canada IT markets.Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Preferred Experience:Experience working with staffing companies or IT consulting firms.Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent hiring models.Experience recruiting technologies such as Salesforce, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, QA, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other IT domains.What We Offer:Fully Remote OpportunityCollaborative Work EnvironmentGrowth OpportunitiesExposure to USA & Canada Technology RecruitmentInterested candidates can share their updated resume at:📩 Email: hr@twcglobalservices.comApply today and be part of TWC Global Services!
