At Luflox we are seeking a skilled Product Lead (Technical PM or Growth Lead) to join a fast-growing real estate analytics platform. The role involves driving platform strategy, improving map speed, reducing onboarding friction, and optimizing conversion funnels for a global user base.RequirementsProven experience with high-volume, consumer-facing apps (freemium/paywalled). Needs to be pure-play B2C/consumer.Deep experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), onboarding psychology, and designing experiences for short-attention social media traffic.Experience owning and managing the analytics stack.Experience with PostHog is highly preferred, but equivalent expertise in Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or FullStory is also valued.Proven success with your own app or project, regardless of size, would be a plus.Advanced English.Must reside in LATAM.Must be available for Part-time / Fractional position: 15–20 hours/week.🌎 100% Remote🤝 Part-time contract
