Requirements and responsibilities


Diata Health is a US-based metabolic health and weight-loss clinic. We're hiring a warm, articulate Patient Experience Coordinator to be the friendly, professional voice of our clinic on the phone. What you'll do: - Answer inbound calls and make outreach/follow-up calls to current and prospective patients - Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments - Welcome and onboard new patients - Answer everyday scheduling and basic billing/cost questions - Keep patients organized, cared for, and moving toward booking Requirements: - C1-level spoken English: clear, natural, and confident on the phone (strict requirement; this role is all about how you sound with patients) - Experience on patient or customer phone calls - A warm, kind, can-do attitude - Reliable computer and internet; able to work US Eastern-Time business hours Nice to have: medical-office / EHR experience (Healthie a plus), or a sales / patient-intake background.
