Responsibilities

Role Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles). - Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement). - Solid experience with React. - Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines. - Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows. - Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar). - Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.). - Background in document processing or structured data extraction. - Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge). - Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects.
