You bring deep expertise in Snapsheet’s products, use data and customer insights to guide recommendations, and help clients optimize their claims operations. You gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and play a key role in growing Snapsheet’s software business and overall success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep expertise in Snapsheet’s SaaS products to guide customers through implementationsLead end-to-end implementations for global insurance carriersAct as the primary project manager and day-to-day client contact, ensuring timely and high-quality launchesUse a consultative approach to identify customer pain points, goals, and optimal platform configurationsCreate and manage implementation plans, including onboarding, training, integrations, and launch milestonesLead integration and configuration discussions with technical support as neededIdentify opportunities for automation, engagement, and post-launch optimization using customer metricsPartner with training and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and ensure a smooth transitionDrive proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholdersGather and translate customer feedback into product and enhancement recommendationsLeverage competitive insights and best practices to improve client outcomes and grow the businessQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field3–5+ years of experience in customer-facing, project or client management rolesStrong understanding of how business strategy impacts operating modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with cross-functional teamsHigh EQ, intellectual curiosity, and action-oriented mindsetProficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira)We’re Built to Grow With You – And That Starts With How We Support YouAt Snapsheet, we know that growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s fueled by the right support at the right time.
