In this role, you will lead the analysis of complex business and product challenges that require advanced analytical thinking, strong methodology, and practical business judgment. You will turn open-ended questions into clear frameworks, rigorous analyses, and recommendations that drive better decision-making across the organization.You’ll partner closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Product leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate the impact of product and ML investments, strengthen experimentation and measurement practices, and build a deeper understanding of user behavior, creator outcomes, and overall business performance.This is a high-impact role for someone who is strong in statistical and analytical thinking, highly skilled in Python, and comfortable turning ambiguous questions into clear, defensible recommendations.You WillLead complex analyses that answer high-impact business and product questions, using strong statistical thinking, modeling, and sound analytical judgment.Create clear approaches to ambiguous problems by defining the right methodology, identifying the required data, and delivering actionable insights that drive decision-making.Assess the business impact of product changes, recommendation systems, experiments, and other strategic initiatives, including ROI, forecasting, and performance measurement.Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners to shape priorities, influence decision-making, and communicate findings clearly and compellingly.Mentor other analysts through technical guidance, collaboration, and shared best practices that raise the quality of analytics across the team.RequirementsYou HaveBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a similar field7+ years of experience using analytics to solve business or product problemsStrong statistical analysis skills and hands-on experience with Python and SQLExperience with experimentation, analytical methods, and data-driven problem solvingAbility to break down complex questions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersBonus Points:Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a similar fieldExperience in influencing cross-functional decisionsStrong business judgment and the ability to connect analytical work to company goalsBenefitsWhat You’ll GetFair and competitive base salaryFully Remote OptionalHealth, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and any dependents, with policy premiums covered by the CompanyLong & Short term disability insuranceUnlimited PTOAnnual Year-End Company ClosureOptional 401k with 5% matching12 Paid HolidaysPaid Lunches in-office, or if Remote, a $125/week stipend via SharebiteEmployee Assistance and Employee Recognition ProgramsAnd much more!The Base Salary range for this position is $207,000 - $250,000 USD. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits.
