We're on the lookout for a Call Center Representative to work from home and to be the primary link between our client's customers both current and potential.We're looking for someone who can tackle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their decision-making and communication.Call Center Representative ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound callsProvide contact completion and/or alternate solutions for the callerHandle customer calls despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashionProvide excellent quality customer service to resolve matter to customer satisfaction, within client guidelinesAdhere and meet client program metric performance goalsMaintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goalsSkills & AbilitiesGood knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuationMust be able to communicate clearly and effectivelyAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, based on limited information.Demonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet performance goals.Must be able to provide quality customer service and able to work with difficult or emotional customers, on occasion, while still maintaining a strict level of professionalism.Ability to remain alert and ready to accept calls, even during periods of low call volume.Ability to project and convey a positive, concerned and professional image to customersAbility to be adaptable and quickly adjust to changeMust be able to conduct data search efficiently and effectively while working within specific time constraintsAbility to maintain a well-organized work areaManage time effectivelyConcentrate and focus for extended period of timeRemain alert at all timesAdhere to work schedule and punctuality requirementsREQUIREMENTSA minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environmentProficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORYHigh school diploma or GED
