Overview20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.We are a commercial cleaning company seeking an after‑hours Virtual Assistant to handle incoming customer calls, scheduling, and administrative support outside of normal business hours. This role is customer‑facing and requires strong English communication skills, reliability, and comfort working in a service‑based business environment.The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.Scope of ServicesContractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:Answer incoming customer calls after business hoursRespond to customer inquiries and relay messages accuratelySchedule appointments, estimates, and upcoming service visitsCommunicate daily updates to business owners regarding calls, estimates, and urgent issuesCreate and send invoices once jobs are completedUpdate customer records and job details in the CRMProvide clear end‑of‑shift summaries of after‑hours activityEach engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.SkillsThe Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:Near‑native or native‑level English speaking abilityPrior experience in customer service, call handling, or front desk supportStrong phone presence and professional communication skillsComfortable handling service‑based customer interactionsOrganized, detail‑oriented, and reliableAble to follow documented workflows and scriptsComfortable working independently during after‑hours coveragePREFERRED SKILLSExperience working with service‑based businesses (cleaning, HVAC, pest control, home services, etc.)Experience with Housecall Pro or similar service CRMsPrior virtual assistant or remote customer support experienceInvoicing or basic billing experienceAPPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE / REQUIRED TOOLSCRM: Housecall Pro (experience preferred, training available)VoIP phone system (client will provide access and setup support)Email and basic scheduling toolsWork ScheduleContracted Hours per Week: 20 HoursScheduled Working Days: Monday through SaturdayDaily Working Time: 4-7 PM EST M-F, 8-12 PM EST SaturdayNote: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above.
